Replacement & Refund policy

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY


At Dermalogica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items.


(1) For Products that arrived damaged…


Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on lever.care@unilever.com within 48 hours of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products. After investigation, we will offer you a replacement within 15 working days, or a full refund of the amount already paid upon return of the original item(s).


(2) In the rare incident that the wrong Product(s) have been delivered…


Kindly intimate us by sending an email on lever.care@unilever.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch the correct Product(s) within 15 working days or if the original Product(s) are no longer available we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item(s) delivered due to error.


Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for the clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.


In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under following conditions:

All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by Dermalogica India.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company), without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the Customer and same will be arranged by Dermalogica India.


All requests for return of product must be placed within 48 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after which will be accepted & processed.


Once the goods are accepted for return the same shall be replaced within 15 working days except for the clause (b).

 

 

What will be the mode and duration of my refund?

All refunds will be made through online transfer within one week from day of request of such refund provided the above conditions are fulfilled.  

Or else, a discount code will be generated with the refund amount which can be used in the next order.

 

 

 

Dermalogica products ordered from another ecommerce website- 

Any issue with the products ordered from another ecommerce websites, needs to be resolved from that website itself. www.dermalogicaindia.com does hold any responsibility of those orders.
